The rules that apply when you use SKILX.

1. Using SKILX
By using SKILX, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.
2. What SKILX provides
SKILX helps people discover learning resources. Unless stated otherwise, third-party courses, videos, certificates, tools and programmes are provided by their original owners, not by SKILX.
3. Third-party services
External providers control their own content, pricing, availability, privacy practices and terms. A listing on SKILX is not a guarantee that a resource will remain available, free or unchanged.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account information and login credentials. Do not impersonate others, access accounts that are not yours, interfere with security or use SKILX for unlawful activity.
5. Free and paid resources
A free label reflects the access available when we reviewed the resource. Providers may charge for certificates, exams, software, premium modules or other extras and may later change their terms.
6. Intellectual property
SKILX branding, original design and original content belong to SKILX or its licensors. Third-party learning content remains the property of its respective owner.
7. Corrections and removal requests
Creators or authorised representatives may contact us about attribution, descriptions or listings they believe should be corrected or removed.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
SKILX does not guarantee employment, income, admission, certification, licensing or any other result from using a listed resource.
9. Availability
Features, listings and parts of the site may change, be removed or become temporarily unavailable.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKILX is not responsible for losses caused solely by independent third-party providers or their content, products or services.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as SKILX changes. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
